Un maravilloso encuentro con clientes rusos en WINIW

On June 4th, our company WINIW had an exciting and memorable day because we welcomed three clients from Russia. It was truly a special occasion filled with warm exchanges and promising prospects.

 

In the morning, we all got ready early to make sure everything was in order. The office was tidied up and decorated with some simple yet nice elements to create a friendly atmosphere. We were looking forward to their arrival with a bit of nervousness and lots of eagerness.

 

When the Russian clients finally showed up, we greeted them with big smiles and warm handshakes. They seemed really happy to be here too. We then led them into our meeting room. We started by introducing our company. We told them about what WINIW mainly focuses on, like the different materials we produce for ball leather. We showed them samples of our products, especially highlighting those with unique features. They were quite curious and asked many questions about the quality, the functions of the materials, and how they could be used in different kinds of balls. We did our best to answer them clearly and patiently, making sure they understood well.

 

After the meeting, we took them to our showroom. There were various materials neatly displayed. They walked around, picked up the samples one by one, felt the textures, and discussed among themselves. They were clearly impressed by the wide range of options we had. They said some of our materials were really different from what they had seen before and showed great potential for their business needs.

 

Then it was time for lunch. We went to a cozy local restaurant together. We ordered some delicious Chinese dishes that were easy to enjoy. During lunch, instead of just talking about business all the time, we shared interesting stories about our cultures. They told us about the beautiful landscapes in Russia and some fun traditions there. We also introduced them to some charming aspects of Chinese culture. It was such a pleasant and relaxing time that we all felt like old friends rather than just business partners.

 

Before they left in the afternoon, they expressed their satisfaction with this visit. They said they were looking forward to further cooperation with our company. We were really glad to hear that and hoped this would be the start of a wonderful partnership.

 

This day of meeting the Russian clients will always be remembered at WINIW. It made us realize how important it is to communicate and build good relationships in international business.
